PirSquared • thesoundsofpostrock [ 8.5/10 ] - Great Symphonic Metal Album. The Tracks are a refreshing & modern take on blending melodic, speed and progressive elements into an energetic & powerful Album. The compositions avoid melodic metal qlichés, giving a more mature impression.
The musicianship is professional & the recording crispy & clean. Favorite track: Path to the Awakening.

about

From the comfort of my home while I was starting my first metal band, I created random compositions that little by little filled my computer disk. One day, my ex-girlfriend, a woman I love very much by the way, urged me to organize the compositions and create an album out of them.
The whole process took 4 long years.
*You realize in the end that having a one man band is not as exciting and rewarding as sharing music with your friends*. The first reason is obvious, you don't have the fun and magic of their company, but the second reason is that working alone, in any walk of life, is not the same as receiving the hand of other people to create a synergy. Maybe this album was not the most interesting work musically speaking, in the first finished version, but it was completely transformed after I let my music producer ❤️ and two other people very important to me get their hands in the arrangements and composition of the album itself. I am infinitely grateful 🙏🏽to these people and to all those who supported me from the virtuality with their opinions and suggestions.

May God give you much more creativity and humility to help others in their paths.

I wouldn´t be able to come up with such an album without the inspiration of big ones like Children Of Bodom, Aephanemer, Eldamar, Adrian Von Ziegler and many others. Long life to these great artists and creators
